About this time last year, we held a social gathering for LETS, Transition and other environmental groups in and around Truro and Falmouth to meet chat and drink and find out more about Transition Truro, Truro LETS, Transition Falmouth Falmouth LETS, and other local environmental groups, which proved quite popular, so this year we will be holding another one in Truro.
Seasonal Green Gathering
Whether we like it or not, the annual consumer fest is upon us again. As an antidote to the rampant consumerism, why not come to a gathering of like minded people at the lovely home of Truro Transition and LETS members, Mard and Robin Sellwood.
Just bring food and drink to share and enjoy relaxed company and chat. If you have some appropriate music or a short fun activity feel free to bring it along.
Date – Tuesday 15th December 2015, 7.30 pm onwards.
Please email lindsay@transitiontruro.org.uk for address details and directions so that we have a rough idea of numbers.
The intrepid four cyclists who cycled from Truro to Paris to deliver the Climate Vision report in time for the COP21 talks last December will be giving a talk in Truro Cathedral on Thursday (3rd March) at 19:30.
This will be followed by a chat with a panel to include Carbon Ambassadors – please do join us.
